Dota 2 is making a highly anticipated comeback to The Games of the Future 2026, headlining the MOBA PC competition with a massive $1 million prize pool. Organizers Phygital International announced the event, set for July 31 to August 5 in Astana, Kazakhstan, at the 5,000-seat Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov Martial Arts Palace.
Event Highlights
The tournament follows Dota 2's successful debut at the 2025 edition in Abu Dhabi, where Team Win dominated undefeated to claim victory over Vikings in the grand final. Games of the Future 2026 will feature eight phygital disciplines, drawing over 900 participants from 50+ countries and expecting 100,000 fans.
